Lake Hattie
Some friends told us about Lake Hattie and at first I was skeptical. "Windsurfing in Wyoming?" I said. I was wrong. The Rocky Mountain Windsurf Association was having their annual picnic up there and doing a great job of proving to me that landlocked states can still produce kick-ass windsurfers.
